By accessing and using the services provided by Restaurant Plan Check Review (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Restaurant Plan Check Review provides plan review services for restaurant construction projects to help ensure compliance with health department regulations. Our services include:
Review of construction plans for new restaurants
Review of plans for remodels, renovations, and expansions
Review of plans for food trucks and kiosks
Guidance on health code compliance related to plumbing, sinks, layout, finishes, and ventilation
Our “Plan Support Guarantee” provides that if the health department requires revisions, we will continue supporting your plan review at no additional cost, provided:
1 year of support begins from when the plan is uploaded
No major changes are made to the project scope
Major changes include significant layout redesigns, square footage increases, or concept changes
The original project parameters remain substantially unchanged
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your project
Provide Complete menu, floor plans, and operational procedures
Upload complete and legible plans
Notify us of any changes to project scope before implementation
Ensure you have proper rights to all submitted materials
Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals from property owners, architects, or other relevant parties
All fees are payable in advance of service
We offer flat-rate pricing based on facility size
Rush service options are available at additional cost
All sales are final; no refunds are provided once review has begun
For very large or complex projects (over 7,000 sq ft), pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis
You retain all rights to your plans and project materials
We claim no ownership of your submitted documents
Our review materials, markup systems, and methodologies remain our proprietary information
You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of providing our review services
Our services are advisory in nature. We provide:
Professional review and recommendations based on typical health department requirements
Identification of potential compliance issues
Suggestions for modifications to improve approval chances
We do not:
Guarantee health department approval
Provide architectural, engineering, or legal services
Assume responsibility for final plan approval
Provide on-site inspections or construction supervision
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful reviews, we cannot guarantee that:
All health department requirements are identified
Suggested modifications will result in approval
Local health department interpretations won’t differ from our review
In no event shall Restaurant Plan Check Review be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Health department rejection or required modifications
Project delays or additional costs
Any errors or omissions in our review
The use or inability to use our services
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your project information and plans, except:
As required by law
When necessary to provide our services
With your explicit permission
Our review is prepared for your use only. We assume no duty or liability to other parties who may rely on our work without our written consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
